All non-customized website orders can be exchanged. You can exchange for a different size or model depending on availability. Orders are non-refundable except for special cases. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Exchange must not exceed 7 days of the purchase date.
- The items must be new, unworn and with all original packaging for the exchange to be accepted.
- The items must be returned with receipt or order confirmation email.
